These sculptures evoke the distant forms I imagine exist at the fringe of our solar system.

Comets, asteroids, planetoids and dwarf planets like Pluto and it's moons, have their orbits in the very distant and unexplored Kuiper Belt. 

Their titles imitate an astronomers' catolog designation as is given each Kuiper Belt Object when it is discovered.  I made them as if they were just forming--as far flung star-stuff coalescing at the dark and frozen edge of our sun's gravitational influence.
